Degree in Sociology from ISCTE and Master in Strategic Management of Human Resources from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. A certified trainer, she is part of the Trainers Board of several training

and consulting companies. He has skills in the area of human resource management and in complementary areas, namely in the area of behavior and change and innovation, labor legislation, environmental audits and other Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement. Dedicated to personal and professional growth and development, she has many qualifications in the HR and behavioral areas.

Ana has 24 years of experience working with ISO 14001 management systems and auditing, covering all the amin standards: ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 90001 (quality), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 50001 (Energy) and ISO 20121 (sustainable events).

She has implemented several environmental management systems according to the FIA standard and been involved in the carbon footprint calculation, according to the ISO 14064-1 and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
She is a certification auditor for ISO 20121, Events Sustainability Management Systems.

Training in SA8000, social certification systems and ISO 26000, social responsibility standard.
She has worked with the London and Paris Olympic Games Organising Committees, Silverstone, World Economic Forum, Formula E, International Olympic Committee, among others.
